Eligibility Criteria

We do not accept returns. Tiffany will repaint or redund cost in the following instances:

• Quality Issues: If there is a defect, a misspelling, or misunderstanding in how the design would be created, in the design or craftsmanship of the sandwich board.
• Incorrect Order: If you receive a product that does not match the specifications of your design.

Timeframe

You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
